It is grown in gardens, parks, on cultivation areas. Artificially in a drying room, where the temperature must not exceed 40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Active substances:<\/strong>&nbsp;Essential oils based on linalool, linalyl acetate and geraniol are responsible for the characteristic scent of lavender flowers. The blue-violet color of the flowers is caused by anthocyanin dyes. The plant contains tannins, bitters, and among the organic acids, we can mention rosmarinic acid, which is widespread in all plants from the lamiacaeae family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uses:<\/strong>&nbsp;Common lavender has been known for centuries for its calming effects. It is used for restlessness, nervous exhaustion, sleep disorders and migraine. Extracts from this plant increase the secretion of bile and support the digestion of fatty foods in particular.
